What happens if innovation and creation collaborate even closer than usual? Look no further that the cross-division project Beauty+! The aim was to harness internal synergies to offer customers truly outstanding solutions in the Beauty Care segment.
Beauty+ provides the architecture and platform to inject life into today’s altered understanding of beauty. Beauty+ stands for fragrances with functional added value, and inspiring cosmetic solutions for skin and hair. It is synonymous with innovative corporate structures, highly creative minds driven by commitment and passion, and with products with a holistic approach that sets them far above those of the competition.
redroses effectively and sustainably communicated this message both internally and externally using a wide range of channels, including the magazine series BEAUTY+ mag, a collection of brochures for the individual application areas, a set of postcards, the presentation of the topic in trade show booths and on the corporate website, and the front-page story in the employee magazine. The results: elevated awareness on the market, a higher level of identification and motivation in the internal teams and appreciable growth in both divisions.
