We've got it good at red roses.

For one thing, we do our work in peace and quiet at a two-story loft in the Hamburg
suburb of Eppendorf, so the neighborhood is nice and green, but we're still in the
thick of things.

But we've also got it good because everyone here has enough room to breathe.
That does not just mean having enough physical space, it also means that every
one of us has enough room to make the very most of their abilities, enough
space to stay mentally flexible.

Having this kind of space gives each one of us freedom, creativity and major
