Three new additions to the red roses communications team.

Kathrin Dyrssen, 42, Nadine Strotmann, 33, and Ansgar Vaut, 36, have joined
the team at red roses, which now has 15 members. On December 1, 2008,
Kathrin Dyrssen became the art director; her responsibilities include the corporate
publications of the fragrance and flavorings manufacturer Symrise. Kathrin Dyrssen
was previously employed as a graphic artist and art director at Max and
cominvestor magazines.

Communications specialist Nadine Strotmann came to red roses from Jung von Matt
on January 1, 2009. As a PR consultant, she and Ansgar Vaut work together on  
media relations for clients such as Symrise, Villeroy & Boch, Lapp & Fao, Lotos and
Mäuer & Wirtz. Before beginning at red roses, Ansgar Vaut worked as a PR consultant
at the Hamburg-based agency public:news.

Katja Derow, the head of red roses, commented, "We have successfully acquired
